Welcome to Mitero. These terms apply to every purchase on mitero.net. We have tried to keep them clear and easy to understand — if anything is unclear, write to us at [email protected] and we will explain it.

Your purchase contract is concluded with Commerto Limited (Dositheou 5, PARABUILDING, BLOCK A, 1st floor, Flat/Office 102A, 1071 Nicosia, Cyprus, registration number HE 414808). Commerto Limited operates mitero.net and is the seller of the products offered.

We are responsible for the product, shipping, customer service, refunds and the 90-day money-back guarantee.

Choose your product and complete the checkout — that is all. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We dispatch your order from our European dispatch centre within 1–2 working days. For details, see the Delivery Methods page.

The essential characteristics of each product — including ingredients, dosage, intended use and directions for use — are described on the product page on mitero.net. The same information is printed on the product packaging together with the best-before date.

Our products are food supplements, not medicinal products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read our Disclaimer before use, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a pre-existing medical condition.

All prices on mitero.net are final prices, including the value added tax (VAT) applicable in your country of delivery. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before you complete your order.

Payment is processed securely at checkout using the payment methods displayed on the payment page (see Payment Methods). Your payment method is charged at the moment your order is confirmed; if you pay by cash on delivery, you pay on delivery.

We offer you a 90-day money-back guarantee directly. If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you can request a full refund within 90 days of your order date.

In addition, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, which you can exercise independently of the guarantee.

If you have a complaint about a product or our service, write to us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days and handle it within 14 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when you can expect a resolution.

If your product is defective, arrives damaged or does not match the description, you have a statutory warranty claim (legal guarantee of conformity) under EU consumer law, with a limitation period of two years from delivery. For the expected shelf life of the product, please refer to the best-before date printed on the packaging.

Write to us at [email protected] and we will document the claim and replace or refund the affected product.

All content on mitero.net — including texts, images, product names, logos, packaging design and brand elements — is the property of Commerto Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in an EU Member State, you will in any case retain the protection of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence (Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation). In all other respects, the purchase contract is governed by Cypriot law.

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We are not liable for delays or for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control — including, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, actions by public authorities, strikes, transport disruptions, failures of shipping carriers or interruptions of energy or telecommunications networks. If such an event affects your order, we will inform you and will either arrange dispatch as soon as possible or refund your order in full.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our service, our processes or the applicable legal situation. The current version is always available on mitero.net, with the date of the last update at the end. Changes apply only to orders placed after the new version takes effect — the terms in force at the time of your order apply to your order.

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its original purpose.

These terms, together with the Delivery Methods and Returns Policy pages, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase on mitero.net.
